Norris Lake sits about 30 miles north of Knoxville, tucked into the rolling hills of East Tennessee. It was created in the 1930s when the Tennessee Valley Authority built Norris Dam on the Clinch River — and what TVA left behind is one of the most scenic reservoirs in the entire Southeast.
The lake covers more than 34,000 acres at full pool and offers over 800 miles of shoreline.
