The final musician’s roster has been announced for the SuperTwang Country Music Festival May 13-15 on Mountain Creek Farm in Speedwell! While nature is blooming and showing off, the weather will be warm and the atmosphere even hotter with this lineup, y’all!
Gates open Wednesday at noon and acoustic walk-around bands will begin the festivities with continued entertainment throughout the day and also on Thursday in the campsite areas.
Friday May 13th at 12 noon brings us Brandon Pruitt, following will be SwampdaWamp, Kentucky Headhunters, Atimus Pyle of the legendary Lynyrd Skynyrd, Bucky Covington, and Craig Morgan to round out the day.
Saturday continues at 11:00am with Jesse Watson and Bush Hawg. The 1:00 mark brings Matt Dylan and his band ‘Most Wanted’. Matt is the first artist chosen by indie record label Resilient Records South and the set promises to be a memorable one. The day will then rock on with Jimmie VanZant, Confederate Railroad, Matt Stillwell, Rhett Akins, and Chris Cagle.
Sunday ends the festival with Parrott Brothers Band hitting the stage at 11:00 followed later by Joe Coe, Whitey Morgan and the 78’s, Mojo Guns, and American Idol star, Bo Bice.
There is also a hot local band, Speedwell’s “1 Foot Down”, so the talent is going to be diverse and perfect for this first time weekend festival! There are some great artists that most everyone will want to hear more of. Tickets are going fast, you don’t want to miss out on this one. You can be sure I’m not going to.
